This innovative technology utilises plasma – formed through ionisation of atmospheric gasses – to stimulate instant contraction and tightening of skin fibres. This technology does not use scalpel or laser to remove excess skin, thereby avoiding all risks inherent to the traditional intervention.

Purisma Plus is the only plasma device with the SONO Poration head. What makes this unique is that it reduces the wait times for numbing cream to take affect to start a treatment. The SONO Poration head is able to infuse the numbing cream therefore only taking 5 mins to work = a big time saver for your clinic!

The treatment is performed through minute spots made with a pen type device at a certain distance one from the other to stimulate instant contraction and tightening of skin fibres.

Results can be seen immediately but continue to improve over a 6-8 week period and can last up to around 3 years with many results permanent. This is done all without the use for needles, scalpels, anaesthetic or costly surgery.
